What a wonderful place to stay! I could see myself living in these condos. Wonderful. There are many stairs so if you are unable to climb several flights of stairs besure to get a lower level condo, but for me the view was well worth the climb. Inside was very comfortable and can not wait to return

The condo was very nice. The location was great. Very close to the beach, however the sound was not usable because of the oil workers telling us that the oil was in the sound. We enjoyed the pool very much. Our only concern was there wasn't enough bath linens for our group and the towel rod in the second bath was missing so there wasn't a place to hang towels for them to dry well. One surprise was that we had been moved to a different unit without our knowledge until we checked in...would have rather have been told ahead of time. Otherwise, we would probably rent from this agency again and probably this unit.

The last night in the condo we locked our keys inside. We called Barron's Realty Group and the owner himself came out and unlocked our condo while we were all out to dinner. We couldn't ask for better customer service. The home was exactly as advertised, exactly what we wanted. The location was just a walk from the Beach, the Sound, the pool and we felt like we were at home with amenities. What I liked least about the condo was there was no powder room, only bathrooms linked to the two bedrooms, so we had to risk waking someone else if we needed to get up and use the bathroom in the middle of the night or at nap time.

My contacts with Barrons were both efficient and polite about the rental. No complaints about the service at all. The condo was clean and ready for us on arrival. The location was perfect for my needs, literally the last building before the park and Fort Pickens... I didn't want to be in the congestion near town center. The pool is right on the beach edge (bay side) and the gulf beach is right across the road, along with pavillions and the life guard shack. The condo was lovely, nicely appointed and roomy for 6 people who are not shy (we weren't), since bathroom access requires going through a bedroom...8 would be pushing it, though there would technically be enough bed space... 2 single wide futons (really comfy, believe it or not) and hide-a-bed couch in the living room, in addition to the monster sized bed in the master bedroom and a pair of twins in the 2nd bedroom. We loved the two balconies (one is off the master bedroom, adjacent to the master bath with it's spa tub and tub-to-ceiling window) and the view of the beach/gulf that went with them. The kitchen is MUCH nicer than what i have at home (or would have expected) and has everything you really need to work with. BUT a really fussy cook (like me) should bring his/her good knives and a great skillet or saute pan. But I wouldn't leave out my good ones for strangers to mess up, either. All said, I will be back, with my own knives, and I will love it even more.

Aside from the multi level the condo was nicely decorated. The view was spectacular and the residents that we met were very nice. We visit the area every three months or so and plan on staying at the complex again!

I've never stayed at a place where I could watch Dolphins swimming from my bedroom! Amazing.... It's just steps away from a perfect beach. There wasn't alot of people at the beach directly across from the townhouse, but yet close enough to everything you need. At the bay behind the townhouse, you can walk the beach and find hermit crabs, shrimp and we even saved a blow fish! The pool wasn't as deep as we'd like, but with the Gulf and bay right there, who needed it! The townhouse was very comfortable and what little time we were inside, it was great!

The view is awesome. Love the bathroom, it has such a grand view. If I were visiting Pensacola, Palm Beach Club is my choice and I have searched the net. Some pluses would include: the parking, the outside elevator, the location and the layout of the condo. It is private and a unique place to spend a two month vacation. It is preferred over the larger complexes and high rises.

So much better than staying at a hotel, choose this comfortable beach condo as long as you don't mind a multi level floorplan (stairs). As I approached the front door I didn't know what to expect, but when I opened the door I was relieved to find this condo nicely decorated, spacious and clean but homey. The whole building was refurbished after the hurricane, so expect to see brand new appliances and comfortable furniture. This third floor condo has two full bedroom/bath downstairs, plenty of closet space. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Upstairs sofa folds out into a queen. Two patio balconies and WHAT A VIEW! From the master bath and from the family room beautiful views of the beach from large windows. Small store and great restaurant (Pegleg Pete's) within a mile and short drive to Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach. Not at all pretentious, but a lovely place to stay.
